Loading the chat …

    Hi,

    I’ve the problem “Loading the chat…” when a user view the webpage.
    The page shows the chat after a lot of minutes (tipically 5 minutes).

    I’ve tried to update all plugins, WordPress and theme
    I’ve tried to disable all plugins and keep activated Wise Chat but the problem is still the same.

    Any feedback about that problem?
