The gallery on my homepage does not show up — instead, a loading spinner shows up.

This issue hasn’t always been the case. It was working, but I believe this only started happening since updating to the latest version (1.5.44).

    Thank you for any help!

UPDATE: This issue only happens when I enter text/captions in the “Description” field of the images in the slideshow.

I removed my captions from the “Description” field and now the slideshow is working again. However, I would like to be able to add captions, so please advise on how I may still fix the issue.

    Thank you!

    Dear @williamodouglasfilm,

We could not get the error on our end.

Would you please recreate the gallery with those initial settings one more time on your site?

    Sincerely,

    Hi @asyag

Sorry we were messing with some things so you must have checked it when it was fixed momentarily. We have found that if we only caption one image, the slideshow still shows up, but once we insert captions for all images then it only shows a spinner again.

The homepage of the website (www.williamodouglas.org) now has the loading spinner error under the first header where the slideshow should be. We will leave it that way util we hear from you.

    Thanks!

    Dear @williamodouglasfilm,

Have you removed the gallery from the site?

We were still working on the case.

Can we have it back, please?

    Sincerely,
