loading screen is covering my page on mobile version.

Unlike on pc, when I view a mobile version of my site, the loading screen covers all of my pages even after the loading is completed. When I swipe the scroll bar up and down, I can see the texts and images loaded time by time on the edge. I am certain that it is not an issue with the site’s speed. There is just a huge loading screen lasting forever on the mobile version of my website. I do not know what to do about it. I need your help desperately.
