Loading Publication can sometimes be blurry

Hi there,

With any of the publications on my website I find that during loading etc the pages can be very blurred (fuzzy). This case worsens on bad connection with the pages being blurred and content unreadable.

Is there any way for this to be disabled and only the high-resolution version being viewed. I have been contacted by users of the site who on many occasions can’t read the newspaper as it is blurred.
