    When I put an icon of the site, or for the footer logo the image does not load, as I see it seems to be a problem of the srcet that is not pointing correctly, how can I fix this?

    I want to clarify that it is the free version of Tutor LMS, and I am importing the instructor template.

    <img src="https://www.preparatajuntament.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/cropped-logo_preparat.png" srcset="https://preview.tutorlms.com/elementor-instructor/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2021/06/[email protected] 1x, https://preview.tutorlms.com/elementor-instructor/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2021/06/[email protected] 2x" alt="preparatajuntament.com">

    Even if I change the header logo image the srcet always points me there and I don’t know why, it’s a new WordPress with a new installation. PHP version 8.2 (I tried 7.4 too)

  • Hello @thelightinthedark,

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Here are a few steps you can follow to resolve the issue:

    • Update the Header and Footer Logo: Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Tutor Starter Options Panel. Update the logo in both the header and footer sections. Save the changes and check if the issue persists.
    • Clear Cache: If you are using any caching plugin, try deactivating it temporarily and check if the images load correctly. You can also clear your browser cache or try loading the site in an incognito window.
