    Hello, in the help page it tells me that I must have purchased a premium version to request support through woocommerce.com is that so or can I proceed?
    I don’t even know if you have a premium version

    Hi @pt51,

    My plugin does not have a premium version. There is a purple Help button located on all of the Stripe plugin settings pages that when clicked allows you to create a support ticket.
