@nmgc78 Unfortunately, there is no response in the Ajax request so I’m not able to see what the error would be.

Are you running a security plugin?

    Hi Darren, yes, wordfence.
The first thing i try after your comment was to disabled it, but unfortunatelly the behaviour is the same.

As i mention the plugin works well if i have the login, but if i open without the login it displays the message mentioned above in the browser console.

@nmgc78 Wordfence will leave it’s config options in your htaccess and other server config files after deactivation so it’s likely still blocking the access.

Not sure how relevant this post is today, but may point you in the right reaction.

    Hi @dcooney,

Thanks for the feedback, the solution explained in the link you sent is not working.
The website is connected to Akamai, maybe this can be the problem. I made a copy in this address and everything it’s working ok: https://lojahonda.avitamina.pt/merchandising/

Do you have any prior knowledge of problems with Akamai?

    Hello @dcooney,

The “Coming Soon Page… by SeedProd” plugin was causing this behavior. I disabled it, as it is only used if the site is placed under maintenance, and does not interfere with the normal functioning of the site.

    Thanks for the support.
