Loading next step never ends

I think we’re getting somewhere now. I did a search for php cookies and 502 errors and it looks like you may need to increase the fastcgi_buffers on your server.

As for your other issue with step 2 being missing, yes there is a limit to the size of a cookie. There’s no way around that issue with the free version so you’ll need to get the Pro version which uses session storage.

Please try a short 2-step form and see if all the fields submit. If it does, the cookie size limit is the likely cause. So if you need a longer form and are purchasing the Pro version you probably don’t need to mess around with your server settings.

As my hosting does not allow to edit nginx settings, I’m going try Pro Version now, I am going to purchase Pro version! ??
One question before that – what is your refund policy like, in case the Pro version does not solve the problem?
