loading index php page

  • Hi all

    Our site is allmost ready to go live. got one problem thou

    I have place a splash page with in the directory called ( index.html ).

    When I go the main part of the site ( wordpress ) ( index.php ) and click on one of my Categories it throws me back to my splash page.! any reason why its doing that. ?

  • Yeah. Delete that index.html – you cannot have two index files in one directory!
    (not to mention splash pages are annoying and useless)
