Loading images/Uploading images to static domain

I’ve been trying improve web page speed by serving photos from a static domain, and everything was working beautifully until I needed to edit an image.

The image didn’t edit properly (it created a link to a file that didn’t exist), nor was I able to upload any photos… probably 2 different problems.

I followed a tutorial online since I am a dimwit with servers at this point :P: https://www.oxhow.com/host-images-wordpress-blog-subdomain-better-speed/

The images are loading properly, until you edit them…
