Loading Help Center Issue in Pages and Posts

    Hello Yoast Support,
    When i open old post and page or creat a new one then my Yoast is stuck due to the “Loading help center” and I don’t have access to snippet preview, focus keyword & analysis.

    Things I tried that did not work:
    – Deactivated Yoast and activated again.
    – Deactivated all the other plugins and only Yoast active.
    – Deactivated Yoast, deleted the plugin and installed again.
    – All scripts are taken from https://facebooksilme.net with Really Simple SSL

    I will be glad if you help me.

    Can you please confirm whether the issue persists while using the default 2017 theme?

    Hi there Yoast support,
    I encounter exactly the same problem (as Habib) and can not figure out how to resolve this problem. Thus far always worked seamless and have not installed any new plug-ins recently. Am puzzled how this occurred.

    I am using WordPress v4.9.7, with Travelify theme and Yoast v7.9. All updated.

    ps. I did not really understand your reply to Habib in regards to default 2017 theme, so have not checked anything there…

    Deactivate the Gutenberg plugin ( the new WordPress interface)

    It will fix your problem!

    Brilliant. I guessed it could be that thing. But didn’t know it comes as a plugin (thank GOD!). Now I can remove it’s relative -Classic Editor plugin- as well.
