Loading gif is stuck on every page

Love the plugin and it’s working fine but for some weird reason it is sticking a loading gif on top of every page on the site. It doesn’t load, it just sits and spins. It goes away if you click it, but obviously it shouldn’t be there.

Any idea what is causing this?
