Loading Forever

    Hello,

    I’ve been using this plugin for the past couple months and have had success with it. I just uploaded to the latest version and now the uploader doesn’t load (on the public website or in the admin section). It says it’s loading but never loads.

    Actually, now the graphics (icons) don’t even show up.

    Wrapping the shortcode in [raw] does not help either.

    Usually this is due to to jquery being loaded by another plugin or theme. Can you send me a link and log-in information so i can check out the issue to [email protected]

    Hi Lucy, it’s a different time all the time but usually comes down to theme incompatibility. Firebug or chrome developer tools is an easy way to find the conflict. We also offer conflict support.

    thank’s a lot. With firebug I found the conflict.
    I needed to replace self.$elem.on(…) with the similar function self.$elem.bind(…) -> depends on version
