    Hi @emrik,

Please share your website specific page link where you are using our plugin Process Steps, so that I can check and provide you appropriate solution.

    Thanks

    Hi @emrik,

I have checked this page https://bit.ly/2UpXAwS,
And there is no page loading issue and no slick slider error in console window.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Indeed the process steps looks normal when you look at the page. However there are the following issues:

    – see the network console results: https://zupimages.net/up/20/13/nmhm.jpg . The page takes > 12 sec to load and this is due to the slick.min.js (which is used by process steps)

    – as a consequence of this issue: the header image is not correctly displayed during the load of the page (doesn’t take the full page width)

    – and the form in the first part of the page is not active during the page load, which means that visitors can’t use it and may leave the page before the 12 seconds

    – on the french version of the same page (click on the french flag), I deactivated the process steps and there is no load issue anymore. But this is not a solution, as I want to keep using the process steps add-on

    Thank you

    Hello,

Today the issue seems to be solved as the https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/jquery.slick/1.5.9/slick.min.js is available again. Hope it was just a temporary issue.

    Thanks
