Loading div doesnt work correctly

I have a div for ‘loading website’ which gets hidden when document is loaded completely
Before activating W3 cache it seemed to work fine i.e. almost as soon as I used to visit website it would start displaying the splash page but now
it seems to be loading all css & js first and then just shows the splash page for a second or so before hiding it
