I have a learning site with learnpress. Now that the site has more users, when a logged in user clicks on a course, it takes 40 seconds to load the course. Sections of the course load instantly, like the site in general. I have implemented WP Fastest Cache. A trace tells that all queries that take so long select from the table wp_learnpress_user_items. So it seems an issue with learnpress. I have created indices on the tables but so far no improvement. I also have set in curriculum settings 2 sections per page and 5 course items per page, as one post suggested. But this also did not seem to help.

    Hi,

Can you send us the URL of the site you need help?

    Thanks

Hello, thank you. The URL is:

    https://education.energy4u.org

But the error is only visible to logged in users. We would need to securely communicate a test user to you if needed. To guests, the courses load very fast. We suppose it has to do with loading the user’s progress and looping through all the statuses of the users. But even approx 1200 users should not be a real problem for the database…

Oh, I see you using our premium Eduma theme, please create a ticket on our support system and our team will check for you. This forum only supports for LearnPress plugin, not the premium theme.

Can you help with importing the license into my user profile? First thing I have to verify my license.

To my knowledge I don’t have an Envato account.

    Hi,

If you don’t have an Envato account, How do you get the Eduma theme?

    Thanks

Hello, thank you. A former employee purchased the theme and left the license to our company. So all we see is the hashed license code in our dashboard. Would we need to buy a new license?

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

Hello, thank you. A former employee purchased the theme and left the license to our company.

I’m sorry but that does not change anything. The developer can’t support that pro theme here. It’s their pro theme after all.

Would we need to buy a new license?

I’m not with the developer but yes, that would make sense.

@briantp Please provide a contact URL if you want to continue that conversation with this user.

We bought the theme again and opened case there. Thank you for your support.

I have the same problem, any ideas?
