• I just starting using WP Shopify and have “Loading collections …” showing on my products page.

    I have version 2.2.4 installed, synced my page, have WP Shopify set as my Vendor Channel, and went through everything that I have found online.

    Any ideas?

    I have tried clearing both the browser cache and the Cache in the plugin.

    I figured out what is causing the issue but have no idea how to fix it.

    After trying a bunch of things (turning off all plugins, reinstalling, recreating the App) I tried a different theme and the plugin works.

    There must be something in the theme conflicting with the plugin. How can I get it to work with my theme?

    Hey there, thanks for the update.

    I just finished taking a look at your site and I can see why switching themes would work. It looks like you have a few JavaScript errors showing up page load.

    When a JavaScript error happens, there’s a chance that it can cause any other JavaScript running after it to fail.

    Here’s what I would try doing. Go into your theme and find where it loads the JavaScript. Try putting it at the very bottom of your page (before the closing </body> tag).

    Moved everything to the bottom but no luck. I also deactivated a plugin that was creating one of the errors. I did not create the theme/site and am just updating it to include the shop because of COVIT-19 crisis.

    I have some code experience but not much once I get beyond the basic WordPress Backend and styling.

    Any help would be appreciated.
