how can I preload/prefetch this loader so that it loads immediately?

It seems when I have items in cart, the site takes a little longer to load and the loader also takes a while to appear.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We checked your site but didn’t find any problems. We added some items in the cart, but the preloader still worked properly. We didn’t see any differences.

If you mean that when you click on menu links, for example, click on the site logo to go back to homepage, it stays on the current page for a while before the preloader shows. Then this is related to the server response time.

Please pay attention to the URL in the browser address bar: after clicking on a menu link, the URL in the browser address bar doesn’t change immediately, it means you still stay on the current page. The browser hasn’t received data of that page from your server.

This is how the page loads and LoftLoader works:

A page loads (URL changes to that page’s URL) > The preloader displays immediately, while content on that page is loading > The loading process completes, the preloader disappears.

The real issue on your site may be: slow server response time when trying to open a page. Server response time measures how long it takes to load the necessary HTML to begin rendering the page from your server. As a part of HTML of your page, LoftLoader will only show when the necessary HTML is loaded from your server.

You may like to test your site via Google PageSpeed Insights ( https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ ).

    Best regards,
    The Loft.Ocean Team
