Loading a Modal window from Ajax Load More Item doesn't work

Hey, I dont know if this is pointed out before but I am trying to use a modal (magnificPopup) window which needs to open a video. Some reason the modal doesn’t work if its triggered from ALM item but anywhere else.
Is there any direction someone give me to resolve this issue?
