    Hello, I just downloaded and installed the plugin and when I select “Add New” to create a form it takes me to a blank white framed page with an “X” at the upper left corner of the page. The tab says “loading….” but it doesn’t load. Any help with this would be appreciated. It looks like a great form builder.

    Oh no, sorry to hear that! Would you mind deactivating your Plugins and see if it helps? We have a hunch that this could be caused by a plugin conflict.
