loader transparency

    Hello

    I love the plugin and want to buy pro version but need to check something…

    When the loader is working, I have a transparency that is moving from bottom to top. This makes it difficult to see the loader. Not sure if this vertically moving transparency is part of the plugin (and can be removed?) or is this something coming from my theme?

    Hi,

    We are very glad to hear you love it.

    Just checked your site, and the moving transparency is there because the preloader animation you have chosen is “Loading Custom Image”. If you are using a static jpg or png image, this is what it should look like: https://www.loftocean.com/loftloader/example-9/ (In Pro version, image can be loaded horizontally or vertically.)

    And in your case, you are using a gif. It would be better to choose “Static custom image” here, like this demo: https://www.loftocean.com/loftloader/example-7/ This feature is included in the pro version.
