Loaded Backup Site – Slowed by 24 secs

My site had malware – so I uploaded a previous version (from Nov). It works but it slowed down greatly (26 secs to load):
I have another site with the same host that did not have malware – with the same theme and plugins – it still has a speed of 1.5 secs to load.
My host does not have any ideas. Any thoughts?
