load url sub page based on user input page slug

    i want to load the URL subpage (permalink) based on user inputted page name (slug).

    example

    main domain : https://www.test.com (form included in the homepage)
    user input the text “qwerty” (page slug) in the form and submit
    after submit user direct to the webpage : https://www.test.com/qwerty/

    can we do this action using your plugin and how?

  • You can use the fields in the redirect URL, eg [LASTNAME] to add the value of the field “lastname”.

    You should see the available fields underneath the redirect url setting field.
