Load Time / Timeout Product Add-on

  • Hi,
    I have installed the plugin. All works great but I have close to 300 products and those products have variations that almost push the full product count to about 300,000 (maybe more). My question is, can the options feature handle that amount of products with variations? Right now it takes close to 4 mins just to be able to edit an option value? I have thrown more CPU/RAM and storage into it. Any assistance would be great? Does this only happen with the standard package and not the premium? I dont want to purchase the premium if this continues.

    Hi there,
    Thanks for contacting us!
    I have a small question. When you mentioned the issue while editing an option value, do you mean editing an add-on?
    In this case, the plugin should only load a small part of the variation data for the Conditional Logic settings.
    But if you have that many product variations, this could create some issues.

    Yes,
    After I click the Edit button, when I click to edit an option value. It takes about 75 secs to load the display.
    Is there a way to reduce that time? Is there a solution to having close to 300 products and each product having at least 25 color variations and 5 additional variations? Im just looking for the best solution.
