Load time speed issue in search

    Hello,

    I am using premium package of plugin and using FAQ search on the web page. But i am facing problem of load time. It is taking ample time to load for getting the search results.

    I need it to be super quick to give best user experience. Please tell me the way to get it done >

    Hi shank,

    We just had a look at your page and it’s the actual page load that’s a little slow. When you type something into the FAQ search, the results appear almost instantly.

    What is the exact shortcode you’re using?

    Perhaps you could try setting it so that the answers are not expanded by default.

    Hello,

    I am using [ultimate-faq-search] shortcode.

    Let me know which settings could be needed to be updated ? Also let me know if you have Live chat option because i need to resolve this issue ASAP.

    The option we were referring to is “Display All Answers” in the “Basic” area of the “Settings” tab.
