Load script in footer

    Hi, is it possible to add an option or filter to load js/cookie-law-info-public.js in the footer? This plugin is currently preventing us from loading jQuery in the footer. If I change false to true in wp_enqueue_script in class-cookie-law-info-public.php:188, jQuery correctly moves to the footer, and it looks like it doesn’t impact the plugin at all.
