Load popup files all at once

I am using Pop up plugin version 2.0.6.
Prior to version 2.0, when creating multiple pop-ups (embed) on one page, clicking on one pop-up loaded its files. When I click on another popup then its files are loaded. Etc.

In the latest version, when loading a page with multiple popups (embed), all files of all popups are loaded at once, which slows down the loading of the page.

I also noticed that in this case, if there are the same files (css, js) for individual popup, they are reloaded, which slows down the loading of the page.
