Load More skipping activities

I am using the [activity-stream] shortcode on the front page of my intranet site and filtering results by primary id. Regarding of whether I use the shortcode with or without any parameters, the first page seems fine but then when I click the “load more” button, the it seems to be skipping activities if they are less than a day in the past. So I will see my most recent activity initially, but when I click load more the next post seems to be “1 day ago”. I have a lot of activities, so I’m not able to scroll down to see if they appear at the bottom, but everything else seems to be sorted properly, so it appears as if they have been skipped. The activities are in the database, and I do not get this behavior with pagination, which seems to functioning properly. My preference, however, would be to use the load more button since I feel like it is more user friendly. Thanks!
