Load html according to language

Hi, I’m doing a web page and I wanted to know if it is possible to implement what I want to do and how I could do it.

I would like to know if it is possible to configure the HTML of the HEADER file so that, depending on the language that is selected, load an HTML or another.

I’ll give you an example, by default the web is loaded in Spanish, so the menus are configured in HMTL to be seen in that language, but for example if I change the language to English, that HTML code would have to be another so that It is loaded in English.

It could be done? How?.
