Hi, I have set up Complianz multiple times in the past and after ticking all anonymisation boxes it always used to load UA Google Analytics before consent. I just did it again on a new website for EU GDPR and this time there is a toggle Statistics that enables GA UA or not.

How could I make it so that GA UA loads before consent?
    Many thanks

    Hi @psodfj,

If the toggle for Statistics is activated (and Analytics fires upon consent to that category), that indicates that you have settings which require consent for statistics.

Could you confirm that under Wizard > Cookies > Statistics – configuration, the question “Do you want to ask consent for Statistics” is set to No?

If you email us on support(at)complianz.io and attach a copy of your Complianz settings, I can let you know which settings to change to get the desired behavior.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

@jarnovos Thanks for the reply! I confirm that question is set to “No”. I did the settings as I usually do them but the Statistics toggle still shows.

How can I export the settings so I can send them to you?

    Hi @psodfj,

You can click the “Export” button under Complianz > Settings > Data to download your settings.

I’ll await your message containing the settings file.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno
