Load form scripts after another plugin load

Hi,

I am using a plugin that loads Google Recaptcha scripts after few seconds, so no one can contact via the form because “Spam log: reCAPTCHA response token is empty”.

How can I load the form or the recaptcha scripts after the another plugin runs?

or if it can’t be, so maybe how to load the form scripts after 5 seconds?

Then, when the form is shown the reCAPTCHA response token will not be empty.
