Load FA icons V5 from theme

wpDiscuz uses icons provided by Font Awesome version 5. In case, the current active WordPress theme already loads Font Awesome CSS lib, you can disable built-in wpDiscuz Font Awesome lib. The option is located in Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling admin page.

If I do it does not load the FA icons at all. We have font awesome v5 from theme.

@gvectorssupport Can you hook into the existing FA V5 icons instead of loading your own?

@gvectorssupport We already have fontawesome in theme, but with your plugin we load the same font x2 since you don’t hook into the existing font. Can you do that?

We have fontawesome V5 PRO.

If you enable the “Do not load Font Awesome css lib” from the wpDiscuz option (Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling), it’ll load only your theme’s FA icons.

No, then it do not load theme when we do so.

We cannot guarantee that there will be all icons (using by wpDiscuz) in your active theme’s Font awesome version, therefore wpDiscuz load it’s own Font awesome. However, if the theme provides all icons need for wpDiscuz, you can simply disable wpDiscuz Font awesome lib.

As far as I understand the theme you’re using doesn’t provide all icons, so we recommend you keep this option disabled.

@gvectorssupport Our theme uses the full package of FA icons PRO. 300,400 and 900. But right now it loads it x2 since it does not work to inherit from theme with wpdiscuz.

So even if our theme supports everything it does not work to disable. It breaks all icons if we disable it from loading. And I do not want to load fa icons x2. We use theme.co and PRO theme. Can we fix this? thanks
