Load Extremely Slow! Is There a Spinning Icon (Throbber)?

The slider works great. The only issue is that it takes almost one minute to appear. I understand it’s because I have over 20 images in the slider, but is there a way to activate a spinning icon (throbber) so visitors will know the slider is loading?
