Load error

When adding an image wither as featured, or in post, the image gets added, but the prompt keeps loading. When I close the prompt and then click “Find a photo” again, the prompt is still loading. I have to refresh the page, but then it asks me to login everytime I stray from the post, so everytime I have to login again. Here is the code for the load error…
