Load different themplate when viewed from low-resolution screen

  • I am currently working on an online newspaper with emphasis on mobile users. I have bought a responsive template and it supports resolutions as low as 320×480. This has two problems:

    1. The audience I’m aiming at use phones (usually Nokia) with 240×320 resolution. So the aforementioned template does not support this resolution;
    2. Even if it supported the responsive themes download big images (suitable for all resolutions), javascript and css. As my target audience use 2G/3G and conserve their mobile data, I need to create a separate template with as little javascript, css and small pictures

    My question is: is it possible to load a different template when my site is viewed from a small screen?
