Load CSS in head & move the menu to Tools or Settings

Thanks for your plugin – it is useful.
But a pain in the a.. to customize via CSS since you load it in the boody, instead of the header. Some styles can be overwritten via !important rules but this should not be the default.

Plus, I do not think that the plugin requires a main menu placement in the backend. Please move it to the tools or settings section.
