Load CSS from CDN

  • I’m using Above the Fold with W3 Total Cache.
    W3 Total Cache switches the CSS files to a CDN (Amazon Cloudfont), but Above the Fold is loading them asynchronously from the local site, not the CDN.

    I found an old support topic which said this was fixed. Do I have something set up wrong?
