Our site is currently behind a couple of load balancers and while using the Cerber plugin we are currently having issues logging in and also doing any basic commands within the admin console.

Logging in: Redirects back to the login page even though the login is accepted.

Performing basic items within the admin console: We get kicked from our session and “logged out” and thrown to the login page.

Once we deactivate the Cerber plugin all goes back to normal. Are there any direct issues relating to how Cerber runs and dealing with sessions on load balancers? I figure if we were having sync issues in general that we would experience issues with or without the plugin running. We only see issues once the plugin is loaded and it pretty much prevents us from doing anything in the admin console as we constantly get kicked out.

    Hi!

That’s interesting issue. Please make sure that you have identical authentication keys and salts in wp-config.php on both sites. Tip: they are in the section where SECURE_AUTH_KEY resides.
