Load Assets Globally not working

    Got a weird one here. Trying to embed a form on a custom theme in two different ways – embedding the php shortcode manually or through a widget.

    In either case, I can’t get the styles/scripts to load. Only when I embed the shortcode on a content page will the styles load.

    I thought checking “Load assets globally” would force all the resources to load, but that doesn’t seem to be working either.

    Anyone have an idea of what I might be missing?
