    hi,

I am really interested in your plugin, since it offers a pop up window for html. What i would like is to do is load an “.html” type of file that is located within my localhost-WAMP wordpress folders. The path to the “.html” on my computer is the following: “C:\wamp\www\wp-content\uploads\folder\helpme.html”, but, the path to this from the wordpress folders, is the following: “..\\www\wp-content\uploads\folder\helpme.html” (when i insert this path with -a href- it opens the “.html” in a new tab or window and NOT in a lightbox, which is what i want).

Furthermore, to make it more clear, this “.hmtl” is a virtual tour, that’s why i am sending you a quite simple example of a virtual tour, so that you can give me an accurate answer: Dropbox link

Also, are there any plugins that if i have installed will make your plugin work not as expected? Or, anything else that can result in an unwanted outcome (themes for example)? Is there anything else that you recommend? (my theme is Moesia and i am using “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” plugin also, if that can mean something)

    thanks in advance.

  • Dear user,
For that case you can use Iframe popup and setup popup on click, but unfortunately this is a PRO feature.
Here is the video tutorial for better understanding.

If you have any other question, please feel free to contact us.

    hi,

It’s ok with me if i buy the features of the “silver” one, or maybe the “gold” one, if i finally find that it has more features that i might need in the near future.

But, could you please send me the url path that i have to put in, so that it will work with the “.html” type of file? I am sending you again the path that loads that type of file but within the same tab (not with a popup effect that i wish)..

    thanks in advance.

    Dear user,
    You can do the following.
Upload your helpme.html file into the server and then create Iframe popup and give the URL Ex. https://sygnoos.com/helpme.html

Here is the example that we created for your https://wptest.sygnoos.com/testing/ from this site we have created Iframe popup with a sygnoos.com (In your case this should be https://sygnoos.com/helpme.html) site inside.

Hope this is what you are looking for.

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.
