Load admin & front page

Front loads in 5 seconds and admin in 5-10 seconds before 8-9 am but by 3 pm front remains the same but access window page takes user name and password and just grinds, grind, grind. Walked away after waiting twenty minutes and still not loaded.

Can see the screen and the computer is still grinding, trying to load.

When quit and go back and enter front page, front page loads in seconds. When I go foward and instead put in front page code plus wp-admin computer starts grinding 10-20 minutes, then switches to the admin pages sign-in. I enter the user name and password and enter I just sit and wait, wait, wait. Nothing but grind!

If I do the same thing after 10 or 11 O ‘Clock pm I can access the admin page. in 10 to 20 seconds. This is the third day. I will try again at 10-12 pm.

I have 3.02 loaded and would like to go to 3.13, but when I do W
P crashes.
