    Hello!

I would like to ask if you know some solution for this issue:

In the posts of my blog, I use a plugin “Essential Addons for Elementor” which allows me to use an index of the post headings. However, W3 Total Cache disallows the load of this widget, which is displayed as loading. If I reload the windows, the index finally loads.

Is there something I can change in the configuration of W3 Total Cache? Or are they just incompatible?

    Thank you!!
    Regards

    Hello,

    Thanks for your prompt response.

Yes, I am referring to that part. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t, and it’s shown loading (I can’t add a screenshot, sorry). It has been reported for some users. Maybe, you could see it on an incognito tab, and navigating through different posts.

    Thank you!

    Hello @soporteemb

    Thank you for your feedback.
I’ve tested this on Chrome, Incognito, firefox, Safari and Edge, and I am not seeing the issue you are mentioning. Everytime it loads perfectly

If you are using a widget to add the shortcode, you can also try this plugin which uses Ajax to bypass the cache for widgets.

    I hope this helps!

    Hello @vmarko,

Thank you very much for your attention and help. Unfortunately, I had to deactivate the plugin because it is incompatible with the table of contents. I don’t embed the table using a shortcode or widgets in WordPress but rather directly through Elementor.

    Best regards
