LL links as RSS feeds?

Have you put together a tutorial for how to use Link Library’s RSS feeds option? I’d like to turn the links I’ve listed into a feed which would show me all the updates from the sites I list. Especially nice if I can set it by category and use shortcodes to put it as a sticky post, or a page or a sidebar widget.

I’ve tried using Feedly and such to keep up with sites I like to read but it is just so much extra work when I already have the sites I follow in my blog links. At this point I’d prefer keeping it all on my own site rather than relying on a service which may disappear.
