Lively Chat no longer workign

    We have used Lively Chat Support on this page for quite some time. Suddenly, it no longer appears in our list of plugins, possibly because it’s not compatible with the version of WordPress we are using? I see a reference to upgrading to Remetric, and that the migration path is easy. We logged into Lively Chat with a username, Rememtric seems to want an email address and phone number. Do you have any instructions on migrating from Lively Chat to Remetric?

    Because they aren’t 100% comparable products (though they do share some features), there is no easy way to migrate between the two.

    To move BACK to the old Lively at any time, you can just go to this URL:

    YOURWPSITEURL.COM/wp-admin/admin.php?page=remetric&IS_REMETRIC=0

    I went to that link, and it just takes me to the Remetric plugin page. Are you trying to have me uninstall the Remetric plugin? I can certainly do that, but it doesn’t make Lively work. I uninstalled and reinstalled Lively, and it does not seem to work with the current version. Lively Chat never shows up on the left pane there.

    The link should work; its hard to debug remotely.
