Livefyre not syncing with WP database

Hi,
When disabling the plugin on my site all comments made – other than tweets and FB posts – are gone. poof!
How can I get the livefyre comments to sync with my database so when I turn them off on a single subdomain – and leave it on others – I still have my comments active?
