live website to local host !?

Im sure this is not the conventional way of doing things – but I preferred to develop my website live.

I now have setup wordpress on my localhost (laptop) and want to copy the entire site on to my laptop installation.

I generated a full backup from my live website.

Can anyone explain how I can set this up on my local host?
