    Hi @generosus,

This has been raised before and is not in the scope of the plugin as 404s are not considered security events to notify administrators of in the Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences.

You can use the “Show Advanced Filters” checkbox to filter results by HTTP Response Code = 404 if you wish to enable ALL TRAFFIC logging rather than SECURITY ONLY in your Live Traffic preferences.

The 404 hits in the case of malicious visitors will still not be the security event, where they’re more likely to be caught by Brute Force/Rate Limiting settings, or having a bad IP/User-Agent or trying to use bad query strings on those URLs etc. These will be logged as security events if it causes a block.

    Thanks,

    Peter.
