Live Traffic Only Shows Login Activity

    In the Live Traffic, why does it only show logs for login activity but nothing else? My site doesn’t allow users to register accounts so the only login activity is coming from me and my employees. But I want to see activity from visitors who are coming to my site. Why doesn’t it show this information? The Firewall is enabled.

    Also notice this at the top, “Live activity is disabled by the host”. Can I assume that this means my web hosting doesn’t allow live activity with the plugin?

    I apologize for the delayed response. Unfortunately, WP Engine does not currently support the Wordfence plugin.

    We have been working with them on this issue and hope our plugin will be compatible with their service in the future.

    Even though WP Engine doesn’t support the plugin, it will still offer my site protection correct? Like with the firewall features, brute force protection, etc.

    Hey @daftshadow,

    You should be receiving protection from Wordfence if everything looks good on your end in the diagnostics (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics). However, I believe WP Engine actively scans for plugins which are disallowed by their service, which may eventually result in the removal of the plugin from your server.

    I think you’re right, I do not see Wordfence on our site anymore. Looks like WP Engine automatically removed it. Anyhow, thanks for the support.
