Live Traffic Not Displaying

    Live traffic is not displaying. Wait, it just loaded (took forever) and location is “unspecified.” Geo location must be down and is killing WF – doesn’t even want to load the settings page so I can disable Geo location temporarily. Anyone else with this problem?

    Hi @captaincrank,

    There might be a problem with communication to/from our servers to your site, which could cause long loading times if something is timing out in the background. It might not necessarily be the GeoIP service specifically unless that’s being inadvertently blocked by your host, or something like Cloudflare.

    If you’re able to load your Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page, even with a delay, it’d be great if you could send that over to us.

    You can do this directly to wftest @ wordfence . com by using the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks for your reply Peter. The problem appeared to resolve itself a couple hours after I made my post here. Likely a temporary connectivity issue somewhere. I’ll mark this thread as resolved.
