Live Traffic Expanded mode not working

  • Hi. The live traffic page shows data if “Expand All Results” is off. But on switching it on, nothing is visible. I checked for JS errors but there is nothing on console.

    I have tried clean re-install but same issue. Please help.

    Can you run the following query on your database and see what it returns?

    SELECT * from wp_wfhits LIMIT 10;

    If it doesn’t return anything, can you also check if Live Traffic is enabled in the settings?

    Thanks for the reply. I ran the query and it returns values correctly. Also live traffic shows up correctly in non expanded mode. It’s the expanded mode that is causing issues.

    Can I ask if you have any custom themes that might be changing how WordPress is rendered?

    Also when you open the console, can you switch over to the Network tab to see if there are any connection issues?

    The site uses Flatsome theme and no customization is done.

    I’ve just finishing testing it with Flatsome and it seems to work fine.

    Can I ask what browser you are using, and if the same issue happens on other browsers?

    Also let me know if you have any plugins that may alter the rendering of the page (such as Tampermonkey).

    The video and screenshot I sent above are Chrome.
    I tried Firefox also just now and the result is same. I am not using any page rendering plugins.
    I am preparing a staging environment of the site to test if any plugin is causing this. Will get back to you once my tests are complete.

    Hi again! I tested this on my own environment with Flatsome and I’m not having any issues with the Live traffic.

    Can you try reinstalling without Flatsome and seeing if that’s the issue? If it is, I’ll see what we can do to make it compatible with Flatsome.

    Thanks for following up on this.
    Wordfence is working fine on all other sites that have Flatsome installed. After your message, I checked again on 4 sites that have Flatsome and Wordfence installed. All working perfectly except this one.

    I also have this issue, I watched “NrichSystems” video and it’s the exact same issue.

    Theme is a custom job
    No JS conflicts
    No connection issues
